Do you work with landlords, tenants and agents?
Yes. You can filter services by audience on the Services page and pick what fits your needs.
What’s the difference between price and provisional cost?
Some services have a fixed price (e.g., admin tasks). Others depend on scope—so we show a provisional estimate. You’ll confirm the final scope and cost before anything proceeds.
How do I “buy” a service?
Click Book / Enquire and we’ll confirm requirements. If you want instant payments, add Stripe Payment Links or a booking platform and connect the buttons to those links.
Can you coordinate maintenance and contractors?
Yes. We can triage, request quotes, manage approvals, and track completion. (You can also log maintenance in your spreadsheet workflow.)
Do you cover compliance documents?
We support document tracking, reminders, and audit-ready records. If you need specialist legal advice, we’ll signpost you to the right provider.
